The needles that came with my embroidery kit were regular needles so it was super difficult to thread 6 strands, and pull through the canvas. These fix both problems! The variety is great bc there are different sizes that can correspond with how many threads you’re using. They’re also still sharp so they poke thru the canvas easily. Overall, good quality and good value!

Needles are clean and smooth, no rough edges that catch on delicate fabric. Decent sized eyes. Good for hand embroidery.

Large eye perfect for me, I do a lot of old crewel embroidery kits from the 60s-80s that use thicker yarn. The old kits came with needles, unfortunately the needles tend to rust even in the packaging so I needed some backups. These fit the bill for my needs. They aren’t crazy sharp, I personally prefer it because I tend to feel for the needle with my fingertips. Would not recommend for beading, you’d need to use very large beads for the needle to pass through.

Container for needles is ideal for storage. Assorted needle sizes with larger hole for thread very useful. Would buy again.
