Super soft
These toothbrushes are very soft. I notice the bristles shed a lot. One of the toothbrushes completly fell apart where the whole bunch of bristles all fell off after only 2 days of use.

Much softer to use when healing from mouth surgery.
I had a major mouth surgery and my mouth was very sensitive for a while. Regular tooth brushes hurt so I got these and I could brush and clean my mouth much easier. These tooth brushes didn't hurt. Only thing is I think because the bristles are so close together, they need to be replaced more often. Just my opinion.

Favorite tooth brush ever!
My whole family switched to these brushes. They take a bit of getting used it, but I’m convinced they clean better than normal brushes. At my last cleaning my hygienist said my gums were incredibly healthy and teeth very clean.

very soft toothbrush!
These are so soft on your teeth and gums! Perfect if you have delicate gums. The brush itself is harder to rinse clean due to the bristles but that is what makes them so soft on your teeth. I dispose of this brush sooner than a normal bristle brush due to possible bacteria build up on the brush from bristles being so close. But I alternate between this brush and a regular toothbrush to mitigate gum irritation.

It is very soft, great for sensitive gums, though usually (if you're not already aware) sensitive gums are an indication of an underlying problem, so it's best if you're able to find the direct cause rather than to avoid the underlying issue that's causing the sensitive gums. I've used this product with a dental disclosing tablet, which lets me see that some plaque does remain in the in-between teeth areas and near the gum line even after brushing almost excessively, so I would recommend still flossing regularly.

I've only had these toothbrushes for a day and i will give you my honest opinion since they are worth noting already: 1. Most toothbrushes on sale claim to be "Soft" or "Ultra Soft". That is just an unfounded marketing ploy by rebranding prior non-soft toothbrushes to now be marked as the more popular "Soft" or "Ultra Soft" label without changing anything about the brush. Then the manufacturer just allows the placebo effect to take hold in the customer's mind, where customers assume its soft/ultra-soft because the label says so, when in fact nothing about the toothbrush has changed -- it still feels very stiff. More profit for the manufacturer without making any changes. However, there are a few legit brands who do market and sell real soft/ultra-soft toothbrushes. However, their prices are far more expensive (per brush) for this privilege. I've tried nearly 100 brands of toothbrushes looking for soft/ultra-soft and in reality these types of brushes are super rare. Most manufacturer's are not being honest and they know it. 2. For this toothbrush the 2,000 bristle count, although an interesting concept, in practice it actually hurts this toothbrush. One of the core selling points is that it is ultra soft. Yes it is soft, but NOT ultra soft. So, if you have sensitive gums then you should probably not use this. It needs to be less dense. Each bristle is very soft but the combination of 2,000, ironically, counteracts and impedes the softness of this toothbrush and what it can actually be. 3. When using for the very first time i could feel some of the bristles can off in my mouth. This is what i would expect when you have 2,000 bristles. Although this is fine, this is a warning sign that more is to come vert quickly. 4. The hills/valleys on the occlusal surface of this brush is useful and something all toothbrushes should have because it helps get the brush in between teeth (ie, the interproximal space) to properly clean. 5. To be perfectly honest, if ultra soft is a must then the other toothbrush with the Swiss flag showing on their packaging (i am not sure if Amazon allows me to mention their brand in my review without getting rejected), is the correct choice, not this one. 6. I do appreciate that so many brushes come with this for a reasonable price. Almost all other toothbrushes are overpriced so this brush's shortcomings is still tolerable for me. 7. The feel of this brush feels more like a sponge against your teeth than actual bristles. So keep that in mind. The usual brush sweeping action (ie. from the gumline and downward or upward) is still similar to normal toothbrushes but it feels a tad more stiff due to the excessive bristle count. 8. If the manufacturer lowered this bristle count from 2,000 to say 500-1,000 it would very likely and dramatically improve this toothbrush's performance. It would feel like an ultra-soft brush and, ironically, have less bristle shedding (due to a lower probability of one of 2,000 bristles coming out each time).

Being Autistic and having such trouble with the feel of toothbrush bristles touching my teeth, I used to have trouble brushing them. These toothbrushes are so soft and amazing for brushing teeth. They are soft , full, and never hard. Great feel on the gums.

I bought this as a cheap alternative to the Micotix toothbrushes. Today, it arrived damaged (the case and delivery box broke open, and the brushes came off). I checked it, and it looks fine. I'll have to think twice about ordering something like this.

Do not buy. The bristles immediately started to fall out into my mouth during the first use. Definitely a hazard.
