Had some issues initially with set up and a bad receiver but Lippert customer service was awesome! They were able to tap into our phone camera and do a walk around the rig to help us troubleshoot. They found the issue (heartland had wired the set up in the wrong place) walked us through were and how to fix it. Then when the receiver wasn't picking up as it should they gave us a case # and told us to contact desertcart with the # for a replacement. desertcart responded right away and I had a new one in my hands in less than 24 hrs. Now we have no connectivity issues. For reference we have a 45ft triple axel rig.
