These are average sized gelatin capsules that are easy to swallow. I was a little worried about spending my hard earned money on this supplement for fear that it might not work for me. After a couple of weeks thinking about it and doing my research, I did order it. I am so glad that I decided to try it because it has worked better for me than any other supplement that I have taken for increasing muscle size and strength. I did not lose any weight while taking this, nor was I trying to lose any weight. I did gain several pounds, but the gain was because of increased muscle size. I definitely did not put on any extra fat with this supplement. I do feel like my focus increased while weight training. I had a specific goal that I wanted to reach, and I was able to stay focused on that goal better than I ever had in the past. The capsules did have a unique smell to them, but I was never able to taste anything unusual after swallowing them. I did recover from my weight training sessions quicker than what I usually did when taking other supplements. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone wanting to increase their strength and muscle size. These work better for me than any testosterone boosters that I have taken, and I have tried all of the popular ones, as well as some that I had never heard of until I bought them. Purchase multiple times. Probably one of the best Turk/Ecdy supplements I've used and I've tried numerous from different highly popular supplement companies. Not sure if its the purity of the ingredients or the dosages but I have great results in strength, size and stamina in the gym. I use a higher dosage (3 pills morning and night) and I really feel the difference from the normal dosage. I haven't experienced any side effects from taking them on an empty stomach ie stomach pain but YMMV. I would highly recommend this for people looking to increase performance naturally.

I have noticed an increase in training intensity, muscle mass and strength gains overall. Only other supplements I'm taking are protein and creatine. I was introduced to this brand via their Tongat/Fadogia supplement and was a big fan. Since then, I’ve grabbed Spermidine and Cistanche from this brand and decided I wanted to try out the Turk and see if it lived up to the hype I’ve been seeing. Recently I’ve plateaued on my strength since getting back into the gym not too long ago. I have trouble slamming enough calories in with my wonky work schedule so I figured I’d try and see if I could get a boost. I decided to go with this brand since the previous products have had good efficacy I can feel. To add to that, I’m a huge fan of them combining it with Ecdy and at the dosages they’ve selected for both compounds. It’s been a few weeks at the max recommended serving and I’ll be damned if it hasn’t helped with energy and strength. Stacking this with Cistanche, Spermidine, Maca, and Tongat/Fadogia has been a lot of fun so far. I can’t comment on any noticeable lean tissue yet, but I’ll say energy and the definition I’ve been acquiring continues to increase fairly rapidly with no major dietary changes outside of adding more protein to my diet. These specific compounds are reported to have a beneficial impact on blood glucose, neural health and cholesterol levels as well. I have been using this product, for 8 to 10 weeks. I believe it has helped me, as a 63 weightlifter and bodybuilder. This seems to be a quality product and s fairly priced, as compared to other brands. I actually have this product on auto ship through Amazon.
