Great for making roll out cookies. The 3/8” is a little thick but you can easily get different thickness by removing ends. Works great.

Has taken the guess work out of rolling dough in precise thickness, hasn't made me a better baker. Lol Easy to use, easy to clean. Good quality. Glad I purchased

I love this rolling pin for rolling out my sugar cookie dough. The length allows me to roll out larger sheets of dough at a consistent thickness. Larger sheets means less rolling! I knocked off one star because the end rings tend to unscrew as I’m rolling and I have to keep tightening them so they don’t fall off. I’ve kind of gotten used to it and retighten without even thinking about it now, but still, it’s a design flaw.

Absolutely LOVE this rolling pin. It's so easy to change which thickness you want, the dough doesn't stick to the roller, it's heavy enough to help roll but not a workout. It's so easy to clean, I just wipe it down with a damp cloth. I love being able to roll out my cookies knowing they're all the same thickness.

This rolling pin did a great job with my gingerbread cookies this winter! I always used a regular rolling pin, measuring the dough with a ruler. This let me easily set the thickness and roll it all out evenly. It’s a good size to handle a lot of dough. The dough did stick to it if I didn’t flour it enough, but it easily cleaned off.
