I'm a prime member & ordered on a Sunday and received Tuesday.Simple install & found correct height and tightened wing nuts down.No shower head falling as some have said.For those that keep having shower head fall down, please use a tool known as pliers or channel locks.If you dont have those call a plumber.

It isn't strong enough to hold my shower head up. I bought it so that I could raise the shower head up and out over my head, but no matter how tight I turn the screws, the shower head eventually slips back down. Annoyed me so much that I just took it down. I only bought this particular one because it was part of the "frequently bought together" grouping (bought the AKDY 9" Rainfall Shower Head.). It's definitely not strong enough to hold it up.
