Thank you for your question. Yes, absolutely! After the first use, the Crystal Ball can be reset and used time and time again. Our mixie globe leaks mist outside when the mist is coming into the crystal ball. Is this normal?

About how many cycles of mist (times playing the whole reveal) can you have with the product out of the box before you need a refill?

Hello Thank you for your email, the Crystal Ball allows approximately 10 rounds of mists before depleting and you need to refill the unit :) Please note, each refill vial allows approximately 40+mist rounds and refill packs comes with two vials.
