Please help how to get my cards out** A: Hi Saba, We have never had a situation like this before as the limit is 5 Cards as advertised. However please try these troubleshooting options: Try to force the handle at the bottom to force the cards up. If this does not work, try a few times resetting the handle and trying again. I would then suggest using tweezers to pull out one of the cards, once you have got one card out the handle at the bottom would work again. What has happened is where its been overloaded its too tight inside which has caused the release button to stop functioning .
