The cable should be the same or higher wattage than the wall charger, so as to not bottleneck the wall charger output. A 100W charger paired with a 140W cable will be able to produce up to 100W, but only if the device will accept at least 100W. If your device only accepts 20W, it will not accept the higher wattage from the charger and cable, so as to not burn the battery. If your device is able to charge at higher capacities, an Amazon search of “140W chargers”, then going to “Filters” and changing “Sort by” to “Best sellers” will show the most popular 140W chargers, such as the Apple and Ugreen ones.

Can it be used for android auto?

Yes, though if your car has only USB-A ports then you will need to test some "C to A" adapters to see if it'll work. They may not. I can recommend the Motorola MA1 & AA Wireless brand Android Auto dongles, though, to make your Android Auto experience wireless.
