I've been drinking it for two months and haven't had any issues with my hiatal hernia and subsequent heartburn. I fill the reusable filter pod with Lucy Jo’s coffee. I have one filled cup per day in the morning because I need a low acid alternative and it is very good coffee. It is not low caffeine, but low acid. I have this coffee sent on a regular schedule through a subscription by Amazon, so I don’t run out. I haven’t monitored how many cups I get per bag of coffee. From the one filled coffee pod, I make 2 cups (measured) of coffee. **Q: What should be the PH in coffee to be low acid?** A: A PH of 7 is neutral. As the number goes below 7 it’s considered more acidic. Lucy Jo’s low acid coffee has 70% less acid than regular coffee. I don’t know the actual PH number.
