This tea is amazing! I’ve started drinking it for early morning yoga. It gives me a calm, energized feeling as opposed to the jittery, anxious feeling I get from coffee. Tastes good easy to make

I pull long shifts bartending - constantly moving, talking, thinking. Coffee used to wreck my stomach and give me jitters/anxiety, so I gave rocket tea a shot and wow, this stuff works. I used to think tea was too weak to give me a boost, but not this stuff. The passion fruit flavor is actually solid, it's fake-tasting or overly sweet like some of these energy teas. Thank goodness somebody thought to pair a high dose of caffeine with a high dose of l-theanine! And to make it taste great and smell wonderful is a welcome added bonus!! I am very sensitive to caffeine, and energy drinks, in general, although I struggle to keep awake and feel energized throughout the day.
