3M Primer 94 1/2 Pint | Car Wrapping Application Tool

Works perfectly as a primer for SeaDek. I laid it down on my Xpress H20 Bay prior to installing the foam decking (on top of the extreme coat), and had excellent results. It’s been a year, and not a single piece/corner had pealed up. Did my whole boat (top deck) with one small can.

I used this to prime my RV siding to attach window brows. Plastic brows had 3M tape but 3M suggested this primmer. I use a small acid brush to apply and a little goes a long way. The brows will never come loose for sure.

If you are needing something to repair an existing sticker adhesion issue or wrapping a car and need extra holding power around wheel well openings or door jambs this is the best stuff there is. Use sparingly and keep the lid on it as it will evaporate quickly.

I used this stuff to prime bare plywood so it would accept 3M Dual Lock strips (sort of a super strong velcro). It stinks but works as intended

Good stuff

Used this to hold down the edges of a helm pad on my boat. It went on easy with a sponge brush. It dries quickly and is very strong. After 5 months of sun exposure there is no sign of the edges lifting. Its a little expensive for the application but your only need one application. I hope I never need to remove the pad as this stuff will not release the pad without a fight.

This is a much have for your vinyl/film to stick. Prep area by wiping with alcohol 99% then apply primer with swab on all edges and concave areas. Dry applications only. If using for dirt bike plastics I suggest covering most of the plastic in primer, decals take a beating. The vinyl with laminate is very stiff and resists the angles. Use a heat gun to help with contours.
