First I was shocked at how heavy this set actually was when I went to pickup the box! It is such a good quality & solid set! Im happy I got the larger size tiles as these are the perfect size. I’ve only played Mahjong on a computer, so this will be a new learning curve for sure. But there is an instruction book. My daughter said there’s a game on TikTok that uses tiles like these (all tho with pictures not the mahjong details) and it’s a 2 player game. So we’ll be using 2 of the matching sets for that game also. I’m so happy I purchased this

Nice set. My mahjong group uses this type, and we love that it has numbers (or letters) on all the tiles. The case is awful, too flimsy for the weight of all the tiles. DO NOT read the “How To” rules included. Chinese mahjong has lots of variations, but their rules were way off base. I got a lot of laughs when I read some of their rules and strategies out loud to my Mahjong groups!

Perfect size and quality of the tiles. Also numbered. Great value for the money!

This is a great Mahjong set, not too bulky, tiles are numbered for easy identification, beautiful melamine, good set for home and for taking with you to friends or on vacation, easy to read instruction book.
