Referee Headset, USB C Interface Communication System with Headset Earphone for Volleyball Official Football Soccer Handball (4 Pack)

I got the 4 pack of the GaiRen EJEAS V4 Plus communication devices and they are so good. I've used other devices before while officiating volleyball, but there was always a slight fuzzy/buzzing noise, these have no background noise and you can even hear talking from nearby players or spectators clearly. The 4 way open communication is great for keeping official communication open and also to help to get the calls right the 1st time. The devices are lightweight, easy to operate, and the batteries last for more than a couple matches before I have to recharge them. The only thing I wish these had were headsets that could be used on the left or right ear, versus coming with just left ear headsets. Outside of that, these are some of the best headsets I've used throughout the season, and I've even had other officials say how much they like them and are considering purchasing them as well.

These are a great choice of headsets. The connections between units are clear and communications are great. Sound quality is like normal conversation. The value for your money is there as well. Customer service is outstanding! If you have a issue they WILL respond. Not in months, within 24-48 hours if not sooner. They go beyond the extra mile to make your purchase their top priority! There a reason they are tops in what they deliver. Highly recommend them.

Comms work great for sports officials, and have allowed my team to communicate effectively on the field with minimal issues. Easiest to pair 3 when you have them all in line and follow the instructions provided.

Easy to connect, sounds and works great. However, after some time, the radios will have interference and static through the ear pieces. Other times the radios will drop connection where the mic will work but no sound through the ear piece. Trying to get help is impossible. Edit 09/09/2024: Very responsive and willing to resolve my issue. Adding 2 stars for that reason. I'll update again.

These are perfect for reffing where comms are not provided for you. Sound quality is great, the whistle doesn’t cut but it is no louder than voice. I have done back to back games no issues. Haven’t tried for three. I wish they had right ear pieces too as I prefer that for the line. I have used vokerros and these and 75% as good but only 10% of the price. Had people that have used yappalongs tell me they prefer these. SOOOOO much value. I did have one headset that was dodgy and they replaced it immediately. Great product, great service. If you wants comms get these. Make sure to pair them at each venue. It seemed to make a difference for me. Less interference or clipping.

Spent hours trying to the radios to sync, only to find out that the enclosed headsets are not compatible with the radio. Finally found headsets from previous generations and at least got the radios to sync but then the connectors are horribly "mushy". You can tell when they are securely connected because there is almost no firm clicking into place. No phone support number. No physical address for support. Had to write email and wait for texting response. Advice from texting line: Charge the battery. Make sure headset is completely plugged in. Really???? Give me a break. ...try these when they come down to like $10 a piece, not the current scalping price. Update: Company has been responsive. Every one of my messages eventually got an answer (usually within 24hrs.) Not many companies do that these days. I appreciate being able to ask questions about how use of my purchased products and set my expectations. The radios still have a tendency to cut out (at least one of the four) if they are all connected together. Still not sure why this is. Company representative seemed genuine in his responses not salesy. I would now deal with this company again as it does show that they care to help folks get the most out of the products that they sell.

Great product. Receivers made if a high quality material. I was able to pair four devices for the first time in under 10 minutes. I couldn’t figure out how to use the pouches a d sent an email for help. Response was quick and helpful! Highly recommend if you are a referee who wants to up your game.

I purchased these headset units for use on the soccer field. I am a Referee and needed a set of four to use and share with my officiating crew. I initially did not have high hopes using these headsets. Man, was I wrong!! Not only did they work flawlessly but they were crystal clear and very comfortable to use, wear and operate, not to mention the very fair price I paid for them!!. I did have trouble at first linking and syncing them but once I understood and became accustomed to them, they were a breeze to use. I purchased a set of four headsets, an organizer bag and extra soft foam earbud cushions. Customer service was awesome when contacting them about my concerns and in turn they were very prompt with a response and resolution!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company's product!!
