The best feature for me is the scheduling function, which automatically turns lights and appliances on and off at the correct times. This has helped reduce unnecessary power usage and save on electricity bills. It is also very convenient because the schedules continue to work even when I am away from home. Setup was straightforward, and the app is easy to use. The module works reliably with both manual switches and smart controls. One drawback is that if the internet connection is unavailable, remote control features will not work, and some smart functions may be limited. However, the scheduled automations that are already configured continue to operate normally. Overall, a great product for anyone looking to automate lighting and improve energy efficiency.

Working normal, fast switching

It is working as expected, I am able to control 4 normal switches from phone as well as manually. I placed with in 10 meters of wifi modem and there is no connectivity issue. 3 start due to below drawbacks. Drawbacks: 1. Unable to add this devices to scenes. In wipro app there is a provision to create automation called 'scenes'. If you have multiple devices we can set conditions on how to automate. Eg if one switch is off then turn off other after 10 seconds etc. wipro smart plug work with scenes. But this gang smart switch doesn't get listed when creating scenes. That is a big disappointment. 2. Quality of the wires in the device is not upto the mark, it could be true that those are not taking any load, but such tiny wire insulation can get damaged easily due to wear n tear, aging or insects.

Very worst product. I bought the device, which was defective and asked me to return it the product for replacement. But after return the device I am not getting new device. No customer service, no one was attending and service is Beverly very poor. Don’t buy Wipro product. They are cheating the people. Very very waste product I bought. No response. Don’t go to any Wipro product. Customer care no always busy.

Quality wise the product is very good and real value for money. No report about warranty of the product by the company either in the boxing or through any online registration which is not appreciated. Installation can be done very easily through the brochure given. It fits inside the existing switch box. Wi-fi connectivity to the retrofit switch is very poor and it always shows weak connection even though in reality it is not. There are not much of price difference between 4/2/1 connecting retrofit switch of Wipro, which is very amusing. Otherwise the retrofit switch is working very well from anywhere. It will be better if the company gives information regarding warranty and service for the product.
