The best tasting rice. It comes out perfect every time. Great price and it actually weighed slightly more that stated on the product. You have to do that these days. Too many good companies will say an inaccurate amount and it’s usually less than they claim.

My husband was always looking for medium grain rice in local stores. When he would find it he considered it way over priced. Then I found this on Amazon and put in for subscribe and save. The price comparison to local stores was very well in favor of this. It's good quality, cooks well, my daughter has a way that makes it more sticky for her liking, so it's versatile. I like the overall taste and so do they. I won't unsubscribe, ever!

I have purchased this rice several times. I always go back to it. It's also the best price I can find. Locally this very bag is literally twice the price in the store. I admit to being very picky about white rice and this is my favorite. It is a medium grain, so it's sticky when it cooks up. I never measure it. PRO COOKING TIP: a Japanese friend taught me, after washing - which is "rinsing" your rice -pour into the rice cooker pan, then add water while having two fingers pointing down into the pan. When the water reaches your second knuckle - stop adding water. It will be perfect every time no matter what kind of rice you are cooking. Trust the process, it really works! This rice is delightful and everything you hope a sticky white rice will be. I keep my rice in the freezer - it's fine to use right out of the freezer and keeps it fresh longer. Why only 4 stars? Because the bag I received expires in just a few months. I would prefer at least one 1 year. That being said, for the price savings, I will continue to purchase this way. I just hope they will get better at rotating out older products. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. the best rice for sushi. its so much cheaper than buying at the grocery store, its crazy.. Love my sushi and make it weekly at home for my family. This is high quality rice and texture is just like sushi in the restaurant. I cook it in the ration 1.5 cup of water-1 cup of rice... wash it under cold water until water is not milky any longer...20 min and its ready-no rice cooker needed, just use very low heat level
