Review: Well worth for Christmas time, a small taste of Heimat. - As a German, it's a shame for how much these sell online, but if you can't travel to Germany and got no other local options, these came as close as the ones I tried in Germany. These are significantly better than the local Aldi options. I buy these ones a year, so it won't break my bank either. If you want good tasting Lebkuchen from Nuernberg, Germany don't look further. I mean they aren't as high in the nut content as in good old Germany but still very good.
Review: Save your money… - Although the use by date was not past, these were stale and crumbling apart. Most of the tempered chocolate was cloudy and the wafer was peeling off of the bottom of them. This is proof that this was over a year old. An expensive mistake (bought 2) I won’t make again.

A: No.  I have bought the ones at Trader Joe’s and they are close but not exact.
