I put on the grill and let it dry. I apply a generous coating of Crisco vegetable shorting inside out. Put in my grill upside down and let it cooked at 400-500 degrees for over an hour. Wish I got the idea sooner with my other cast irons. It came so beautiful!!! Overtimes, it will be naturally nonstick. Highly recommend this wok. No problem so far. I have to try stir fry later.
