These Thai chili flakes do an awesome job of adding heat with minimal impact on flavor profile. I add to my steak seasoning, anything with eggs in it for breakfast, potatoes, soups, chili, pork chops, and I bring the heat up when I order “Thai Hot” Thai food and it’s sadly like medium heat. Perfect for anyone who loves to cook and loves heat but doesn’t want to change the basic flavor profile of the meal. Great value for the money. The volume of chili flakes is like 8 containers of spices at the grocery store, so the price per volume is insanely cheap. Quality is no issue — guaranteed heat! If you’re using enough to change the color … I hope you’re stronger than me.

I frequent Thai restaurants and always order medium heat dishes, as they usually provide dried chilis for customizing the spice level. When I started making Thai food at home, I discovered this fantastic product at my local Asian grocery store. I've been using it for years and am thrilled to have it in my spice cupboard! Unfortunately, my local store has been out of stock for a couple of months, so I was relieved to find it on Amazon. Although the price is slightly higher than in-store, it's an essential ingredient for my cooking. The chilis are fresh and incredibly spicy. If you want to elevate your Thai or Asian cooking with some heat, I highly recommend buying these!

Surprisingly good and hot as I’d expected.

These chillis are great, the spice level isn't too high so you can use a bunch at a time and get lots of chili flavor.

For the price, this chili is on point. It is a tad Spicer than regular crushed chili flakes. I grew up eating very spicy chili. I use this and Chitepin chiles. It definitely brings up the heat depending on your blend. I also use this chili and ghost pepper, or even scorpion chili to make a powder blend for my Pizza or for fruit. This chili does have good flavor. For the amount you get it should last a while.

I love these chili flakes they add a spicy to my cooking. I also got mine in great condition. Living up in Alaska means my stuff get beaten up pretty good before I even get them so seeing this come in as good as I got it made me happy.

Perfect to spice up Thai cooking without using the fresh Thai chiles that most people find too hot. I love heat so when I'm making Yum Nua for myself I use both fresh chiles and this.
