Is this a heat protectant ?

What fragrance does the product have?

I think it is supposed to be floral but it is quite strong and smelled kind of...mildewy or rancid. I mix it with argan oil to try for a more pleasant scent but it doesn't work. Maybe I just got a bad batch of product but it looks fine and works very well.

Does this work on 4c hair?

It should work for 4c too. I have 3c type hair and I am happy with the product. It smooth my hair without losing volume. If you are looking for a leave in conditioner to get ride of frizz, this is not the one. Get travel size to try.
