Review: Excellent head torch - Pleasantly surprised by this head torch. I was swithering wether to buy this or not for working night shift as it looked big, bulky and heavy compared to what I was already using but it none of them things. It's very bright and clear, fits snuggly on head, hard hat or cap and you dont realise its there most of the time. The brightness is great and is clear whilst the zoom has a strong focus as well. Ive started using it for dog walking as well because its that clear and good and the red light on the back is good for traffic coming from behind. The multiple modes give you plenty choice of what brightness you want. Can't comment on charging as I haven't had to do that yet. Wouldn't hesitate on buying this again.

**Q: Do you have to go through all the modes to turn it off? I would like to use at full power only can you do this without going through the other modes?**
A: You have to go through the modes, three presses takes you to full power, then three more to switch off.

**Q: What batteries does it take please so i can get some spares when i purchase it**
A: Recharges with USB wire off pc, presumably to rechargeable batteries in case at back of torch strap.Ive only needed to charge it twice. Powerful head torch but I reckon you have to be careful not to snag wire from power pack at rear to torch at front.

**Q: There were no batteries in the box ...**
A: Yes

**Q: Does the charger plug have uk 3 pin plug so can plug into socket**
A: Mine didn’t come with a charger plug just the cable to plug in the torch and to a usb charger.

Best head torch I have used, super bright, comfortable to wear, gets light exactly where you need it. Several modes, 'flood light', 'spotlights', or both together, plus strobe flash and red flood. Charge lasts well. The only irritation is the need to step through all of the modes in sequence to turn it off, which can be frustrating when you step too far and have to go round again!
