I probably should have looked at the sample. This basically looks like a badly formatted word document with screenshots from the game of the same name. And what's worse is it doesn't even include any levels covering Resident Evil 0 or the "Beginnings" level.

Though not your typical novel. I think there are some interesting visuals in there to look at. It's another story that I didn't discover until now. I think it's an OK book, indeed.
