In my system I have two units hard wired and one using the default WiFi backhaul. **Q: Can i still use port forwarding to access specific pcs on my network remotely (eg remote desktop) or should that continue to be done via my router?** A: I don't know whether anyone else has answered this but from what I've seen (and certainly how I use it) I wouldn't use port forwarding from the Deco. I have seen that you can use the Deco as it's own router which I'd guess would have port forwarding on it but then it would have to go through your own router as well (might make complications). I've got my Deco's set simply as an access point leaving all forwarding via the router. Simpler and I'm then just dealing with one network.
