Good, nice to taste. Fully loaded with all the vitamins required. Very strong, so no recommended for Every day use! WOULD recommend

Great product. I bought this because I was just getting back into exercising daily - and I was getting terrible, excruciating leg cramps in both legs at night. Crazy pain. Now when I get these cramps - I go immediately to make up a Phizz drink, and the cramps stop within about 60 seconds, and then I can sleep for the rest of the night. Really great product for resolving dehydration or over-exertion post exercise cramps. Simple and easy to make up - just add to a glass of water. It tastes a little salty, as it should, but it's ok.

I didn’t feel much of a difference personally, but hydration products usually work best when you’re actually dehydrated. The flavor was okay, it dissolved quickly, and the ingredients seem solid. I didn’t notice major effects day-to-day, but when I was feeling unwell, I did feel a slight improvement in hydration. Overall, it seems like a good product to have on hand just in case.

These are great I definitely feel more hydrated and energetic however the taste isn’t the best I can get past it for the benefits, the quality is really good and I don’t find them to be bitty the taste just lets it down a tiny bit

The smell and colour is nice, the taste isn’t too bad but my only issue was there is a quite strong metallic after taste

Favourite electrolytes. No horrible aftertaste. And no stevia - it's really hard to find electrolytes without stevia these days.

Love these. I took them with me travelling a few months ago and I would definitely recommend. They have no side effects and are easy to use. Just pop in a glass or a bottle and away you go. Helps me sleep through really well too as hydration is important for sleeping. Helps feel energised and is effective in fighting fatigue

Previously tried a different brand so went for this brand and it was surprisingly just as nice. Reason for the 4 star is the taste could be slightly better but might try a new flavour for my next order

Ya había probado previamente los sabores de naranja y manzana/grosella y me quedaba por probar el de frutos rojos. Tengo que decir que me encanta su sabor. Una buena forma de mantenerse hidratados sobre todo cuando sales de fiesta o cuando viajas. Además el tubo cabe perfectamente en mi neceser por lo que siempre viajo con Phizz. Muy recomendable!

Tastes insanely terrible this shouldn't be for humans it is unbearable.

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall'odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!

Ces électrolytes n'ont d'intérêt que si elles sont dissoutes dans de l'eau pendant ou juste après un effort "violent" (course à pied, vélo, etc.), avec perte d'eau et de sels minéraux. Elles ne servent absolument à rien pour la vie quotidienne.
