The set with the capacitor is for the tweeter 2khz and up or 3khz up etc. The other set you can run a full range signal, or you can run low to midrange like 100hz to 5khz or send it 100hz to 1khz or send it 200hz to 2khz, like a bandpass filter and play only certain frequencies and really fine tune the sound to your vehicle

They will be a tight fit but yes I believe they will, especially with speaker adapters.

Can i fit these on my kia sportage 2023 x-line without add amp and extra repairs just make my audio better spicy but keep looking factory

Without out an amp these would be a bit of overkill, keep in mind that these also are not sold in pairs. My suggestion to you would be to go to Crutchfield web site and shop by vehicle, simple and straight forward just answer the questions and it will list what will fit your vehicle based on speaker location. For the price of single DS18 you can get a pair of speakers, I would also check the infinity series very good sound quality like the DS18 without the higher rms wattage since you are not going with an amp!
