Low flow, this sorts it!
We have low pressure in our house owing to a tank in the loft and hot water cylinder. Recently redone our bathroom and fitted this on the hot and cold feed for the basin. Needles to say it worked a charm and the flow has shot up and the aerator on the tap works perfectly. You can fit this on an open vented system with no issues. For the hot water make sure your cylinder flange can handle it (I have a salamander flange fitted to my cylinder).

Doesn't work for showers
It only works for taps, it doesn't make a slightest difference for shower head as it cannot create the pressure. The only reason I didn't return is I cut the pipes already for this It works ok for taps though... But I wouldn't call it quite!

Good product.
Good product, easy to fit, not too noisy, does what it says. Water flow increased good enough.

Just what was needed
We have a four-way tap in the kitchen that does cold, hot, boiling and filtered water. However since fitting the tap the hot water stream was greatly reduced. After asking several plumbers for assistance we were getting nowhere. People told me I needed to change my boiler. Which is gravity fed at the moment. After googling pumps I came across this. It was fitted very quickly and has done the trick and the water flow from the hot tap now has a much better flow. There is a humming noise that comes from the pump when you use the hot water tap but it is not a problem for us at all.

Boosted pressure just right
Great little pump it boosted the hot water pressure to the kitchen mixer tap just enough and was really quiet Great for use in a bungalow where the water head pressure is not say great

Easy to install but the little flow gain and noise outweighed the benefits
Very easy to fit. Placed it between the existing connection where the copper connects to the tap hose. Sadly, not a significant increase in pressure. Usually takes 7 seconds to fill a mug of water. It now takes 5 seconds. The main issue is that the high pitched noise seems to permute the entire flat. I think the vibrations are being carried by the pipes through to the bathroom. I recently fitted a Stuart Turner Monsoon 2 bar pump on the hot water which is quiet in comparison and the noise is isolated.
