## Questions & Answers

**Q: The item I received is a pale blue/green color rather than the white/creamy color shown in the photo.  Is it the same product?**
A: Many people have said in the review they received the green colored wax, not white/cream color like pictured. I received the green one as well... and it's junk. It doesn't spread on bisque smoothly at all and I literally ruined a brush after each use. Watering it down doesn't work either. If you haven't opened it, I highly recommend you return it for a refund.

**Q: Can I use this product to paint silk?**
A: I used it with pottery and the wax evaporated with heat.  Unsure about your desired effect but is it liquid and will run on the silk however it does dry quickly on a porous surface.  I hope this helps. TK

**Q: Can this resist be left on the piece during the firing or must it be removed before you put the piece in the kiln?**
A: Wax resist will burn off in the kiln--that's really the only way to remove it from the clay. Liquid latex, however, must be removed before firing.

**Q: Can this be applied cold to greenware to slow drying of thin parts, or must it be heated up?**
A: and good to know that the resist is GREEN in color, not white as in the picture, this may or may not be a consideration
