We used it for our somewhat old bubleride double stroller. The cover was easy to use with the way the Velcro closures were designed. It worked around he handled bar nicely and the zipper openings allowed the kids to easily get in and out quickly. We were there in March so there wasn't much rain so I can't attest to how it would hold up in heavy rain or wind. However, for what we experienced it worked well. I appreciated how easy it was to fold up neatly to stash it under the stroller. The plastic wasn't so thick that it didn't cooperate with folding and not so thin that it felt flimsy.
