Great price point. Works well with somatic therapy exercises. Seems well made. Obviously needs a certain amount of care to not take damage. recommend

I’m a fluffy woman… and I wanted to start a new adventure needless to say I love this for Pilates! So many moves you can do with this. The first thing I did with this is lay down on my mat, grabbed this foam roller and figured out how to utilize this thing. I practiced rolling on it for a moment then went for a full up/down roll while repositioning myself- WOW the stretch and cracking was a surprise and felt so good. Durable for tons of use! I bought the long one not knowing what size but I find myself using it in so many ways from stretching to exercising! It’s firm which is what I wanted knowing I’m a bigger lady and this is great!

Good for physical therapy. It's dense and won't deform, long enough for me to lay across, and lightweight for easy transport.

I really like this Amazon Basics foam roller — it’s firm, durable, and great for muscle recovery after workouts. Simple design, does the job well, and feels built to last.

I prefer the versatility of the long 36 inch version, although it mostly use only about half of the length. I have begun rolling this on the wall behind me, near an opposite wall or doorway I can push with, which fully regulates the pressure. One thing I learned is that the tension that feels as if it is from the lower neck, really comes from that patch of muscle below the shoulder blades mid-back. I also notice that those muscles somehow affect my digestion and regularity. 09.23.2025 Update: This roller is so simple, but so effective. I suggest to press very gently. I changed the title a little and think every natural remedy household should have one.

It has good quality foam and the perfect density for deep pressure. It seems like it is going to last through heavy use. It hits those sore spots and is big enough to use for most of my routine.

Affordable and very sturdy. The only real difference from other foam rollers is that the material doesnt glide as much as the ones ive used made out of rubber, but not a big deal. This thing holds up to daily use and im 6'4" and 370lbs.

This roller is very hard. I was looking for something with a little more “give”.

Sa haute densité le rend vraiment ferme, idéal pour un massage en profondeur après le sport ou une longue journée. Dès la première utilisation, j’ai ressenti une réelle détente musculaire et, de façon surprenante, ce rouleau provoque même quelques craquements osseux pendant les exercices d’auto-massage, ce qui procure une agréable sensation de soulagement. Je recommande ce produit à tous ceux qui cherchent un rouleau solide et efficace pour la récupération musculaire !

C'est devenu un meuble du salon! On l'utilise tous les jours pour faire des auto massages. Ce rouleau est assez ferme pour permettre de faire partir des tensions. Je recommande !
