A few sheets of crumpled Jumbo sized kitchen roll will increase the level of absorption. Pull down the front for a quick pee. **Q: Can these pants be used in conjunction with level 3 Tena pads please?** A: the pants don't need additional pads they are designed to be worn on their own. However if you need level 3 they may not be sufficient to ware alone and you should be able to put a pad inside but there would be more cost effective ways **Q: Do these come in a larger size** A: In my experience the medium size will fit tightly around normal XL. I would try the largest size possible. **Q: Am I right to think you need to have a number of these, so you can put on a fresh one each day between two dark-wash days?** A: Definitely - must admit I bought 4 pairs when there was an offer and wished I’d gone the whole hog and bought 7 pairs. They are comfortable I had a medium for a 33 inch waist they are snug but need to be to do the job they are expected to do. They look like normal brief unless you study them hard. They fit like normal briefs and they perform very well. They are soft and comfortable to ware. However they are spoilt by the cheapest nastiest triple label that is sewn into the waistband and unless you cut it out it feels like something is constantly rubbing and scraping your back.
