I agree with sxmr on this. Leakproof, lightweight, insulated, dishwasher proof. Perfect size. The lock is useful. The only downside is the spring in the lid. The lid can misalighn by a fraction, causing it to not close without more pressure or adjusting - this follows with the opening. Let me clarify, it is absolutely fine most of the time, but its something to keep in mind. Check it out once it arrives and if it seems the bottle isnt up to your standard then exchange it or get a different one. Its a fantastic bottle, its only hinge bolt on mine that doesnt seem as tightly measured as it could be. Worth the money though

I really like these bottles. ION8 clearly understands that humans appreciate both hydration and convenience. They’re ergonomically appealing, totally non-spill (ideal for anyone who has ever attempted to drink water while walking and failed). I bought the purple one, but decided that the metallic red colour is more my style... It’s basically a festive bauble you can sip from. My favourite is actually the blue one, but my son has cleverly “borrowed” it indefinitely... proof, perhaps, that these bottles have cross-generational appeal. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them. Sturdy, practical, good-looking, and the red one is seasonally appropriate. If Father Christmas carried water, he’d probably use this one.

Highly recommend! I bought this bottle so so long ago and it’s lasted the longest out of all the school water bottles. It’s indestructible! No leaks!!

I have used these water bottles for years for all the family. I ordered a new one because my old one became mouldy in the seal. New one came. Put in my bag - immediately leaked!! Checked it out and they did not put the o ring seal in the lid. Contact customer services. They sent a new o ring-thanks. I placed it in and tested it. Seemed ok. The next time I traveled again it leaked!! This time soaking my passport! I was so frustrated I threw it away. Seems like build quality has really gone down recently.

I’ve been looking for a plastic free bottle that doesn’t weight a ton. These are well made and also leak proof while being easy to open for little ones.

They are okay. Not worth the hype in my opinion. One drop on the floor and they are dented. By the end of the week at school, completely battered!
