Great and less money than rip stick
The SuperSpeed Golf Swing Speed Trainer is an outstanding tool for golfers looking to increase their swing speed and overall performance. Designed with precision and backed by proven training protocols, this product delivers measurable results that can elevate your game. Design and Features The set includes three weighted training clubs: light, medium, and heavy. The color-coded system is intuitive, making it easy to follow the included training programs. The clubs are well-made, with a solid build quality that feels professional and durable. The varying weights are carefully calibrated to help you train your swing at different resistance levels, promoting faster muscle response and improved speed mechanics. Performance and Results After just a few weeks of using the SuperSpeed system, I’ve noticed a significant increase in my swing speed. The progressive training drills are straightforward to follow and don’t require a lot of time—just 10-15 minutes a few times a week. The OverSpeed training methodology helps you push your limits and build muscle memory for a faster, more powerful swing. What’s even better is the measurable improvement. SuperSpeed provides guidelines to track your progress with a radar, which makes the training feel purposeful and rewarding. In my case, I’ve gained an average of 8-10 mph in swing speed after a month, translating into longer drives on the course. Pros: • Well-designed, durable training clubs • Proven OverSpeed training methodology • Noticeable improvements in swing speed • Clear and easy-to-follow training programs • Short training sessions fit into any schedule • Great for golfers of all skill levels Cons: • Requires a swing speed radar for optimal tracking (not included) • Initial price might seem high for some, but the results justify it Final Verdict The SuperSpeed Golf Swing Speed Trainer is a must-have for golfers looking to add distance to their game. The combination of quality equipment, science-backed training, and measurable results makes it a standout product in the golf training market. Whether you’re a casual player or a competitive golfer, this tool can take your swing to the next level. Rating: 5/5 A worthy investment for any golfer serious about improving their performance.

10 mph speed increase in 5 days....seems to work!
As an older golfer (55) now playing with his 20 year old son after about a decade layoff I feel that my short game and putting are coming back to form (used to be low single digits handicap) but i have lost (at least) 2 clubs distance and I am getting it round in the low 80s. Some yardage loss I put down to poor mechanics (still working on those) and being older but it still hurts to be hitting a 7 iron in from 140 and carrying a driver about 210. (in my heyday a 7 iron was 155 and driver carry 230 to 240 which gave me chances of getting on a couple of par 5s in 2 and not hitting woods into par 4s which gave me another 4 shots or so improvement - all this with older technology). Despite all the advances in technology I seem to be going backwards. So I bought myself a swing speed monitor from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Sports-Sensors-Swing-Speed-Radar/dp/B00124P7SI) and checked my driver mph which was around 90 (my son half seriously said maybe I need senior shafts...). My last club fitting was about 12 years ago and my driver speed was high 90s then when I was scoring mid 70s on a good day so about a 10% drop. I bought the superspeed set and have been practicing for 5 days....interesting results so far Using level 1 protocol, my first practice showed swing speed of 93 max with the lightest clubs. Reverse swing was about 60 and felt very uncomfortable. 5 days and 3 sessions later I am swinging at about 104 right and 85 left handed (which still feels awful). Heaviest club is in the mid to high 90s which in theory should be similar to my driver speed. What I think is happening is my sequencing is improving as I progress to the heavier clubs and the extra weight helps me time better with the step swing drill so I am generating more power with hips and legs (sometimes it feels like my younger man swing). This plus maxing out speed with the lighter club is getting my body used to what speed I can swing at. My objective is to get my driver speed up to the mid to high 90s and get a 230 plus carry driver and 150 yard 7 iron with a reasonable smash factor. In theory at 100mph I could get 240+ carry if I could get the ball in the centre of the club! I was a little skeptical but after 5 days I have to say i think this definitely improves speed although I guess some of the improvement could be me "finding" my old swing but I am not sure if this would have happened withoit pushing the envelope with these superspeed sticks. Scientifically, overspeed training makes sense (I train in karate and we do the same things to drive up speed). I guess you could build your own set but I would be worried about nuts and bolts escaping from duct tape. Personally I think the swing speed device is essential (for around $120) to baseline then monitor progress plus $200 for the speed sticks an investment of $320 to give me 10 mph back feels like a good deal. Especially if I can knock the occasional drive past my son. surprised expression - PRICELESS! I will update this review after a few weeks and have had chance to see if this speed translates onto the course.

5 mph clubhead increase in 3 weeks
When I bought the SuperSpeed set, I was confident I was going to get at least a few mph in clubhead over a month or two. I'm 31/M, 165lb, and have always swung within my abilities, and perhaps, too easy. I've never been one to kill the ball, because even with an easy, smooth swing, I'm still good for 1-2 thin shots and 1-2 chunked shots per round (14 hcp at start of 2021, 11 hcp in May). To track my progress, I have a Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor that I take with me to the driving range to capture data. Here's the progress after 3 weeks: Before training (Clubhead Speed) - 9i: 74 mph (119 yard carry) 7i: 79 mph (138 yard carry) 3H: 84 mph (170 yard carry) 3 Weeks In - 9i: 80 mph (132 yard carry, 1.19 smash factor vs 1.28 for pro's, 24° launch angle vs 16.3° for pro's) 7i: 85 mph (152 yard carry, 1.27 SF vs 1.33 for pro's, 20° LA vs 16° for pro's) 3H: 89 mph (181 yard carry, 1.39 SF vs 1.46 for pro's, 11.6° LA vs 10.2° for pro's NOTE: I had some unintended stinger hooks that lowered my carry and launch angle, regular average was 13°) I did take a couple swing with my 4H and truly maxed out my swing and managed to carry one ball 190 yards and 93 mph clubhead speed, and it felt awesome, but it was one of about four balls out of 16 that I murdered, with the rest being bad contact or nasty hooks. Tour pro's average 90 mph with a 7i, so I'm elated with an 85 mph speed and will be content if I don't see any more of a speed increase (though I will gladly take another 1-2 mph because why not). The issue with all my clubs is still inconsistent contact, combined with 2-8° higher launch angle, which means higher loft, which means loss of distance. The SuperSpeed system has been doing its job - it has demonstrably increased my clubhead speed. But what really matters is distance, and to get more distance from my new speed, I need to take lessons to improve smash factor, launch angle, and ball speed. I think that simply putting in 2-3 days a week of swinging a club as fast as you can will have you increase your clubhead speed all on its own. I've never done that. When I go to the range, I'm NEVER swing at max effort, but with the SuperSpeed system, that's exactly what you need to do. You need to tell the brain that it's okay for the body to exert this much effort. All in all, this system will work if you put in the time, and not even a lot of time. Including warm-up, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, and you can even do it 2 days a week instead of 3 and you'll see progress. I can't think of a better way to increase clubhead speed, so if you're thinking about it, do it!

Nice, but buy a swing speed radar first or at the same time
Admittedly this is kind of a speciality product and you probably don’t just stumble across these by accident, but for $200 these don’t come with any instructional info, DVD, or anything that walks you through the protocol. Heck they should have included a catalog to other training aids like the swing speed or PRGR radar —- since it’s almost pointless to work out with these without a radar. All that said the quality is sufficient. The grips could be nicer given that you’re gonna swing these a lot as fast as you can, but grips are subjective. The “heads” are just billet cylinder milled and glued on the shafts. They have withstood a few incidental whacks to the concrete patio. THE RESULTS: not sure how much to attribute to the sticks themselves versus the videos and more importantly the radar (not included). Having a device like the PRGR Swing Speed Radar lets you put numbers to swings and movement. I’m a 48 year old dude that’s been playing golf since I was 5. Played junior interclub and 4 years in HS and recreationally since. Used to play the tips as 11-14, but now play blue tees. GPS measured drives would max at 245, but my average was 230-235. My swing speed was in the low 83-85 mph range when starting out cold. Within about 3 times of using the radar and the SS drills I had rediscovered the 90s. Within a month I could swing the light SS (green) 110-116 mph which brought my actual TaylorMade M1 up to 101-105 (max). This has translated to 265-270 yds measures by GPS. So my advice would be buy the swing speed radar first (PRGR is $200 and works well enough) and watch the SS vids on YouTube. See what kind of results you get. If you find you like spending 20-30 mins swinging and increasing your flexibility and sequencing — then add these to your aids. Lastly if you are on this same journey I am about finding the lost speed of youth — Rey one of those Orange Whips or the knockoffs here on Amazon. It helps with sequencing and flexibility and is a nice foil to the overspeed training.

I am currently 3 weeks in doing the starter protocol and I am very happy with the progress I have seen thus far
Finally pulled the trigger on this the Superspeed Golf training system as my driving is the weakest part of my game due to lower swing speed. I am currently 3 weeks in doing the starter protocol and I am very happy with the progress I have seen thus far. I have dry ball data from a launch monitor averaged club head speed was 92 mph prior to starting the training. After 3 weeks I have been seeing high 90s and low 100s and even touched 108 club head speed with my driver. I did also purchase the swing speed radar as I do recommend purchasing this as well as it provides instant feedback. I think it also should be known that I am 29 years old, athletic but do not work out regularly and I have no restrictions in my golf swing. I play off of an 11 handicap with many of my approach shots being fairway woods or hybrids which leads to a lot of scrambling attempts on my course which is 6500 from the men’s tees. So I like to think I have a decent short game. This has been very helpful in just training my body to sequence better and just simply swinging harder at the bottom of my swing. I know this sounds crazy because I have heard people that hit it long just say “swing harder” but I never really knew what it felt like even trying to swing harder - I thought I was swinging harder but apparently never was. The lighter weighted clubs in combination of the speed radar give you that immediate feedback when you are swinging faster and it translates to faster club head speed. I have yet to hit golf balls due to cold weather in upstate NY but am very optimistic in what type of yards I can gain with the increased clubhead speed and possible even more speed progressing through the training protocols. I will provide an update soon but at this point definitely recommend this to anyone seeking club head speed like myself

Perfect for increasing your swing speed.
Bought these for my husband as he is an avid golfer and wanted something to improve his club speed. They have worked for him and I have also used them myself as I have gotten back into Golf. Highly recommend these swing trainers.

Should have bought this a long time ago
The product is simple and have used it for 1 week so far. I will update this review over the next 6-8 weeks as I progress with this item/program. What I have noticed since using this product is an improvement in the transfer of weight during the down swing and a better ball flight when hitting real golf balls at the range (east coast weather is not the greatest this time of year).. As far as swing speed, I have noticed an increase in swing speed of 2 mph. If you work out regularly, this routine isn't too challenging but it will make you work up a sweat. I started week 2 and will provide a better review on the results. Update: I am in week 5-6 and getting ready to advance to the second protocol/level 2. My swing speed has increased 8 mph consistently. I am happy thus far and have stayed committed to the routine. I have started to add some core training at the gym so that has made a difference as well. So for a 53 year old, good results so far and enjoy the workouts. UPDATE: After using this consistently I have increased my swing speed for a total of 15 mph. I have also implemented some workouts at the gym to include core training. There are days where I struggle due to age but the distance is paying off. My recommendation is if you need speed for your swing, buy this product.

Better Value than the rest.
I don't know if these are the same as the one's selling for a £100 dearer but these are very good quality and I am pleased with them and hope they do improve my speed and distance. There's no instruction on how to use them or any format of exercise but there are plenty on 'YouTube'. Watch this space.

Ottimo prodotto per aumentare velocità dello swing. Va seguito il programma, che richiede sia costanza per qualche mese che tempo, intorno ai 30' a sessione ma i risultati sono ottimi.
