This pie plate is deep, and perfect for my favorite chicken pot pie recipe. It distributes the heat and bakes the crust so evenly, though I always use a crust edge cover for part of the baking time. This plate has a nice, hefty weight and is so easy to use and clean. I read many reviews of this, and other pie plates on Amazon, but finally decided on this plate. It’s beautiful and practical and worth every penny. It will be the one baking item my daughter will WANT to claim when I’m gone!😆

Sturdy, superb quality, feels elegant, bakes with excellence. What more could you want from a pie pan? It’s a soft pinky color and is the thickness of a pie crust. It is a good size and was an excellent gift for a loved one.

I don't know what it is but I made a new casserole last night and used this deep dish to bake it in and I am telling you.... it is the best casserole I think I have ever had in my life. One, cooks perfectly well, no dark on the bottom and even as well. The food just taste better coming from this dish. The quality is excellent. I purchased in anticipation of making a home-made apple pie for Thanksgiving and decided to use it for the casserole last night. I have ton's of "top cookware" and this deep dish definitely stands up to 'the best".. Thank you seller. Also arrived overnight. I am seriously impressed. Arrived in perfect condition. It's sturdy, deep and beautiful (purchased the chai color). Will work for a variety of dishes in addition to pies. Really like the depth of the pan.

Cooks evenly and beautifully. I've made a quiche, apple and a pumpkin pie. Love the fluted edges and rustic look. Also priced very fairly.
