Great space saver!
Ideal for converting an OEM desktop to a rackmount PC.

Good case, but tech support was non-existent
This case isn't a Lexus, it's a Corolla. Bare bones, but well executed, and does the job. Parts fit well, screw holes align nicely, all that. My only snag is that the front panel USB 2.0 port is via a 4-pin connector. I'm no expert on motherboards, but the last few I've worked with, the USB 2.0 motherboard header is 9 pin -- including the motherboard I'm putting in this case (ASUS H570M-PLUS). I queried their tech support about this -- no reply/answer ever. With an hour or so on Google learning more about USB 2.0 pin-outs than I ever wanted to know I've learned that the 9-in header is actually TWO USB2.0 ports, and that the pin-outs are such that I can plug the 4-pin Rosewill USB connector into one row of pins in the 9-pin header (red on the ribbon cable away from the plugged pin in the 9-pin header). Works like a charm! A question for which you'd think Rosewill tech support would have a canned response at the ready, or maybe even a FAQ on their website. No such luck. So I'm up and running, no thanks to their tech support (dinged a star for that). Apart from AWOL tech support, my experience with this case has been entirely positive.

Decent, could have been better
I purchased this case because the previous case wasn't deep enough to properly house four 12TB hard drives. This case will fit four drives but you have to get creative for them to fit with the edge of a micro-ATX bumping into the back of the drives. In my case I had to flip a drive so that the cabling doesn't hit the ATX power cable. I can't hook up the case USB 3 cable because it smacks into the drive cables as well. This wouldn't be a problem if the case could have mounted the drives sideways given there is more than enough room. It probably would have cost the manufacture pennies to add the additional mounting holes for the drives. Other 2U cases provide this feature given drives for large NAS setups require it.

Basic case, would be decent for the money if it wasn't missing important pieces.
Its a basic case. Would normally give it 2 or 3 stars. The fans are not good; you will want to replace these. The build quality outside of the faceplate is a bit rough. I find the box of the chassis to be a little flimsy, as well as the hdd bays. The included rack mounting hardware appeared to be cross threaded (out of the box, new?), so I used others I already had. My package was missing all of the standoffs and mounting hardware for the motherboard and drives... which seems to be a common problem according to reviews here and elsewhere online... wish I caught that before ordering. Their 800 number told me to email them, we will see how that goes.
