Excellent product, once you figure out how to assemble it.

The opener is working great and most of the parts were present. Correct size lock washers and flat washers were easily obtained. The directions could be improved if written by someone more familiar with the English language and if writer had to follow the instructions based solely on what they had written. Using the pictures and intuition, the product was assembled in a workable fashion.
