Excellent warranty support
I am updating my low rating to a high rating thanks to the excellent warranty support. The team quickly assessed the issue and replaced the defective product efficiently. The cover started cracking on the sides in less than a year, even though I have very infrequently removed it from my phone. Additionally, the plastic has begun to yellow, despite being advertised as resistant to yellowing. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the durability and quality.
