The Anderic RR7087TR thermostatic remote control replaces the original equipment Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan remotes. The RR7087TR will work right out of the package for compatible Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan models listed (but not limited to) without any programming (other than aligning the dip-switches to the correct pattern to match your ceiling fan receiver). This remote includes all the fan speeds and light buttons as well as the REVERSE, LIGHT DELAY, FAN AUTO, LIGHT TIMER button. The RR7087TR remote also works light dimming and temperature settings. This remote comes with a 1-Year Replacement Warranty. Additional information: This remote only works with Ceiling Fans 1-YEAR replacement warranty included What's included: RR7087TR thermostatic remote control & Wall mount bracket (with two screws for mounting) This remote operates: Down-lights (with dimming), Fan off, Fan speed low, Fan speed Medium, Fan speed High, Reverse, Light delay, Fan auto, Light timer Works with the following receivers (but not limited to): UC7067FCRX, UC70960TX, UC7067REVB (reverse module, this unit is used with the receiver to allow reverse capabilities) Warning: Make sure you are using Incandescent bulbs or your fan will not dim properly. - Will not fully work for Windward III Fans. **Q: Is this a suitable replacement for the uc7067rk receiver?**
A: Hi, yes. However, this receiver only goes with the CHQ7096T (timer) remote. If you need it for a standard (non-thermostatic) remote, then you can use the UC7067GMRX receiver.

**Q: Will this work on Fcc id M8c204001?**
A: That number is for interference information with the FCC number from the remote. You need to find the model number on the fan. 

Take the blades off the fan and get a ladder so you can inspect it closely looking for the model number. Or label some where on the fan.

**Q: "RR7096TR"   will this make the fan reverse?  the lights dim?**
A: Not sure about fan reversing,  but it will dim lights up and down if compatible.  You  have to locate  the sensor on the fan that receives  the signal.

**Q: Can you confirm that this has an "orange" light control button and does replace chq8bt7096t as stated above?**
A: the light button is yellow. it does work for chq8bt7096t. make sure you need the mode with the REVERSE key, or the FAN TIMER key. This one has the REVERSE key.
