I bought a pair of these to hold Godox AD200 flashes when I need a low angle, and they hold the flashes pretty securely with no sign of drooping. There's even a set of female threads on the underside of the screw plate for mounting something I haven't quite figured out yet. I'd buy these again if I lost them. That being said it's probably as good as you can get under $10. It has rubber non-skid feet and a solid 3 legged design. It's not real obvious from the description but it has a ratcheting system to set the vertical angle and it works pretty well. It holds well with my D7100 and 18-300 lens. The only drawback would be that you are limited to the pre-set angles (although you could prop it up to attain something different).
