I need a 24 x 24 steel access door with a cylinder key lock. What's the difference between the 5000 series, 3000 series, and the 2002 series?

The 5000 series is the most heavy duty, 2002 is lighter metal and then the 3000 series in terms of construction. All very good quality.

I'm interested in the 24x24 size for use in an exterior wall in a humid environment. Is this powder coated and corrosion resistant?

Can I turn it 180 degrees so it opens as a right hand door?

Yes, you simply turn the door upside down and the door will open the opposite direction

Can this product be use on the floor? To access crawl space?

Technically, it can be used on the floor, but it is not advisable as this Metal Access Door is too weak to support any weight at all!
