Review: My experience - Jay Shetty's latest book, "The 8 Rules of Love," is an absolute must-read. I loved his first book, "Think Like a Monk," and this one did not disappoint. Jay's ability to capture the many meanings of love, guiding through different stages of love, and how one can develop skills to practice and nurture love better than ever before is simply inspiring. His use of context from the Vedas is powerful, and I feel like I'm listening to him speak with every turn of the page, it must be because of listening to his podcasts almost daily. The quote that has stuck with me most is the one where you discuss how you defined love, for some it means "I want to spend the rest of my life with you." For some saying "I love you" means "I want to spend the night with you." If you want to understand the true meaning of love and how to apply it to your life, this book is essential. I'm going through a tough heartbreak, but Jay's wise words have given me the strength and knowledge to navigate this season. I can't wait to finish reading this book and to continue incorporating its teachings into my daily life. I would love a personalized signed copy of this book as a treasured addition to my mini library. Thank you so much for all that you do, Jay. Your work has truly had a profound impact on my life and I'm so grateful for you. - Aryan. Review: MUST READ!!! - It's been a couple months since I've been reading this book and trying to absorb each and every chapter one by one. I've finally reached the last - EIGHT chapter and I already feel like re-reading again. I am not ready to finish it yet. I feel so grateful to waking up every day and getting touched by this beautiful human's level of awareness, intelligence and wisdom. Jay's first book was the book that genuinely helped me through my struggling years in depression and I didn't leave his hand (hypothetically) ever since and trust me when I say this... I've only grown and evolved, there was no looking back! The moment I knew that Jay's 2nd book is out... I didn't even have to know the title and I immediately pre-booked it. The wait was long but absolutely worth it! This book opens a new door and a completely fresh perspective towards love and our capabilities to share such emotions as a whole! I cannot emphasize enough on how this book is a must read and not just read but learn to love and live life in abundance! Read it yourself and you'll know what all I'm talking about :) ORDER NOWWWWWW!!!

Worth reading
From the very first chapter, I realized the importance of self-love as the foundation for loving others. Before we can truly love someone else, we must first understand ourselvesโour likes, values, strengths, and weaknesses. The book emphasizes that this self-discovery often happens in solitude, forming a solid base for love.It beautifully explains that each personโs definition of love is unique, and recognizing the meaning behind our partnerโs love is essential. The book offers practical insights on how to grow together, including how we can learn from and teach our partner. One powerful message that stood out to me is: 'If your partner can bear to watch you give up your purpose, thatโs not love.' This idea helps distinguish between mere attraction and real love.It also provides thoughtful guidance on resolving conflicts and addresses difficult topics like breakups. Just because you love someone doesnโt mean you should tolerate abuse or exploitation. Reading this book has shifted my perspective on love entirely. Itโs truly worth reading.

Jay is one of my favourite authors
Itโs an amazing book. Jay is a great writer . I completely love his writing style. After reading the first book written by him โ think like a monkโ you can make out that his knowledge is so profound and real. This book gives you an insight about relations.itโs must read whether you are single or you already are in a relationship. No doubt he is one of my favourite authors. Highly recommend this book which is filled up with such mind blowing knowledge of changing your outlook about love, it just leaves you wondering how simple life is and how v complicate it just by not educating ourselves enough about little things

A wonderful book.
I read this book and got mesmerized by Jay Shetty's wisdom. He presented this book with 8rules with 4stages mentioned in the Vedas. Sharing the timeless wisdom in the Vedas to our practical life to fill everyone's heart with love is just wonderful. I am forever grateful to Jay and his team.
