Whirl is awesome, and here's why...
I've seen mixed reviews on this product and I think people are confused about how/where to use it. I love it and wanted to add my 2 cents. It doesn't replace oil. It's not a total substitute for butter.. but it's awesome. I used Whirl for several years working in the restaurant industry as a cook. We ordered it in bulk from SYSCO back in the day. I was always disappointed not to find it easily in local stores as a consumer. Whirl is a butter flavored oil. The great thing about it is that is tastes like butter but it doesn't burn easily, so you can use it anywhere you would normally use butter for delicious, idiot proof cooking without the risk of high heat ruining the dish. It's perfect for sauté or broiling - especially seafood. Pan sear fish, scallops, shrimp with a little Whirl, lemon, and seasoning. Works beautifully. Broiling? Add any seafood to a shallow dish with water, some Whirl, lemon, seasoning, and top with Italian bread crumbs for a couple minutes for the finish... perfect every time. Without Whirl, you would normally need to mix butter with a little oil of your choice to keep butter from burning under higher heat - and even then, it's a delicate process and doesn't always mix well or takes on the taste of the oil. With Whirl, it's perfectly mixed, has a delicious taste, and could not be easier to use. I keep a ketchup sized squirt bottle in my kitchen loaded with this stuff. Use it anywhere you would like to use butter without the risk of high heat ruining your dish.

The Butter Impostor That Fooled My Taste Buds
I bought the Whirl Butter Flavored Oil thinking it might be a shortcut to buttery bliss without the hassle of melting sticks every time I cook. Let me tell you—it did not disappoint. This stuff tastes so convincingly buttery that my pancakes never questioned a thing. I started drizzling it on popcorn, brushing it on bread, even considering it as a new cologne (don’t worry, I didn’t). It pours like oil, tastes like butter, and makes me feel like I’ve hacked the universe’s dairy system. If you want your food to think it’s been rolling around in butter without actually dealing with butter, this is your golden ticket.

Whirl = kitchen magic!
I heard a glowing review about this product online and was immediately skeptical about it but decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong! It is so versatile in the kitchen that it’s no wonder so many restaurants use it. It enhances flavors as you cook, prevents burning with its high smoke point, and I even add it to sauces, dressings and use it as a dip for my pizza crusts. I will never be without a gallon of Whirl in my pantry ever again.

Makes Delicious Oil Pie Crusts. Better Than Butter, IMO>
Good, but salty. You may want to get a bottle of unsalted and salted to mix. Makes the best oil pie crust, in my opinion. It holds its flakiness.

I feel the butter flavor with whirl is better than butter
This stuff is awesome. If you like buttered popcorn, use this. I just recently received my first order and used it to pop popcorn. It is the best popcorn I've had and I've had a lot. I can't wait to use it in other recipes. I wish I had more experience with it so I could share more.

Great taste.
Great taste. Makes grilling and cooking easy. I keep some in the refrigerator in a squirt bottle. Very handy.

Give it a Whirl!
If you have a griddle you need this! Its great to brown tortillas, or add flavor to any of you food on the griddle.

Great for Griddles
Excellent for use on a Blackstone or other griddle. Adds a nice flavour to the food with no aftertaste. Good smoke point. Perfect for continued seasoning of the griddle.

Bon au goùt.
Très bon, j’aime le Pop Corn généreusement beurré. J’utilise 200 ml pour un bol de Pop Corn avec une bouteille en plastique, style pour l’huile canola. Ça me permet une distribution homogène.
