Worked as it should once I open the hole up to the correct size.
I liked the fact it seems like a good medium sized access panel. I also like the hinged option or completely popping it out for specific needs.

Geez ole
It's an access panel. Not very strong plastic, but usable. It's just a little too short for my project, top to bottom. The way the measurements read, it seemed it would be a near perfect fit, but not. Or, maybe I just didn't measure correctly. I'm going to blame it on being a lefty. 😀

Easy to install
Since we installed it in the ceiling, we didn't rely entirely on caulk glue, we pre-drilled two holes on one side where we had a 2x4 to fasten it to and used caulk glue on the other. The only downside is it's not easy to open. You need to have like a flat screw driver. It doesn't feel very strong, but we hope we don't need to access it often.

Perfect size for accessing and replacing shower valves behind wall
Liked the size. Good price. This size (8x12) was smallest size adequate enough to replace and have easy access to two shower valves behind the wall. Came nicely packaged to avoid damage in transit. No dislikes.

Looks nice
Looks good and is the perfect size for my needs, however, I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to purchasing. There is no clear way to install this into drywall, and it is a little awkward to open once installed.

I bought one at the box store that didn’t fit and they had very few sizes. Found one here and it fit great easy to install!!

Used to add access to a roof void. Not amazingly high quality but good value for the price.

Like that it looks clean and not in your face. Good size opening and pretty easy to instal. Can be tough to open though so always needed a flathead screwdriver to do it. Keeps kids out though so coukd be useful to others.
