NO BALLASTS are required or should be used for LED lighting. For Ballasted Fixtures: Use an electrician to remove or bypass the ballast. LED bulbs are instant On/Off with no flickering. Long life(At least 5 years) reduces maintenance costs in hard to reach areas. Eco-friendly. Contains no mercury or lead. Easy disposal. No UV (Ultraviolet) or IR (Infrared) light.
