Mann is an , High quality choice. Amazon says 820/14 is the filter for 2020 Sprinter and the /15 won’t fit. Mann website says /15 is correct and /14 is not a fit. Both are identical on the outside. The /14 comes with a very small clip for the water drain so if you loose the original, you have a spare. The user groups suggest that either will work.

Works as described

If you look at the MB Filter you will see the Mann name stamped on it. This is the replacement for 642-090-60-52. I like it because the water port is blocked by a cap and I can easily remove for my installation. Then I have a extra clip if I should ever need it.
