15ct Breastmilk Alcohol Test Strips, Detects Alcohol in 2 Mintues for Peace of Mind, Use At Home or On The Go Test Strips

These are a life saver!! Even if I only have 2 glasses of wine I still like to test my breastmilk as an anxious first time mom. These give me the peace of mind I need to be able to enjoy a few and feed my baby safely!!

These work so fast and are very user friendly with the scale on the back. They have helped me make sure I am keeping my baby safe in all situations.

These strips process quickly and seem quite accurate in relation to how intoxicated I believe I am at the time of using them. The one suggestion I might make to those using them is to not dunk them in the whole container of milk pumped (unless you’re quite sure it will detect alcohol), as my understanding is to not infiltrate breast milk (that might possibly be consumed) with anything that has a chemical to tarnish it. I’d advise pouring a small amount in a smaller cup or container and testing that. I usually test after several hours of not drinking to make sure it doesn’t contain alcohol and is safe for baby to drink, though when I first tried the strips I used them at the height of my buzz to confirm the darker blue color, confirming I was indeed as drunk as I thought I was.

When you need to feel confident that your milk is safe for baby to drink. I really don't want to dump breast milk if I don't have to. These are great! Just remember to read instructions. You need to separate the milk you're gonna test. I didn't know this at the first time I used it.

I loved these test strips so much, I bought these as a gift for my pregnant friend. As someone who tried to breast feed my babies for their whole first year having to completely avoid alcohol was not something I could do, especially on holidays and big celebrations. Also as someone who wants to join in the celebrations these test strips gave me peace of mind to make sure my babies were never exposed to any alcohol through my breast milk. The ONLY CON is these expire so soon they won’t last the year for her but I truly think they are worth the price. Pumping and dumping always hurt my heart so being able to make sure I wasn’t tossing good/useful milk made me feel better. PLEASE READ: Always do a control test! Use actual alcohol and dip a test strip to make sure it changes color and is accurate. I came across a company (not this one, prior to finding Frida) and bought test strips. I did the test and noticed no change then I went back to see the company page on Amazon later and the comments were full of how the company was a scam, it was nothing but cotton at the end of the strips. I was mortified and disgusted with how dangerous that could have been. I trust Frida but I still recommend doing 1 test first.

Super helpful test strips! I had two drinks and could clearly see that my breastmilk had alcohol present. I tested again a few hours later and could see that my breastmilk no longer contained alcohol.

Product arrived damaged with Cracks and dents. Wanted to send it back - it was not possible without a shipping fee wich was more expensive than the product itself. Superfail.

They do work but they are bloody expensive!

I absolutely love this product. Before I would wait SO LONG (hours and hours) after having a glass of wine before feeding my baby because I was so paranoid - it’s nice to know now for sure when it is safe to feed him, and not having to worry.

Only just received them & they expire next month. I drank a strong cocktail & it didn't detect any alcohol.

It does work, helpful when you are worried and want to be sure 100% you are not effecting baby.
