Nice hay doesn’t smell weird
Idk how to feel about this hay when it comes to one of those enclosures that slides out the bottom to clean up. It’s not convenient and you have to shop vac it or sweep it up before removing the bottom tray of enclosure. But my turtle was ok with it. I have an African cicada she’s a brat and picky but she didn’t mind it. You just need a bunch for them to burrow and it’s messy. But give it a try your tortoise my love it ! I gave it a try because they like to burrow and she likes it. It’s just not convenient for my self to clean up. But anything for my brat

Good for big and older tortoise but with caution with very small tortoise
The grass smell fresh, but I do not recommend this item to feed your small baby tortoise a lot of the grass is thick and hard for them. What I done is using a blender setting some grass inside and blended to liquefy it after I used a strainer to pour the liquid out and I took the residue for the tortoise. It seems to be now very small size for the tortoise to eat. I posted the picture before and after blender

Bigger than expected. It’s been a few days tort hasn’t touched it
Bigger than expected… Thought about four starts because I don’t think my little guy likes it. I have a Russian tortoise. But idk if that’s their fault or mine since I didn’t realize hay way a big part of their diet. I used other dried foods. He’s healthy either way. Hasn’t touched it though.

Good quality hay… too bad my mom’s diva tortoise said “nope.” 🐢💅
Bought this hay for my mom’s sulcata tortoise thinking we were doing something good and healthy you know, trying to raise a well-rounded, fiber-loving reptile. But apparently, her tortoise has decided she’s above hay. 🙄 My mom has tried everything mixing it with her favorite foods, fluffing it up like it’s some 5-star salad, even pretending it’s a treat. But nope. This tortoise is spoiled and hardheaded and basically looked at the hay like, “You expect me to eat that?” before turning her shell and walking off like she pays rent. Now we’ve got a bag of perfectly good hay and a tortoise who acts like she’s too good for it. The hay itself is actually great clean, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s just not bougie enough for Her Royal Shellness. Would probably work great for tortoises that aren’t dramatic.
