I have been using this watermelon flavored Sport Pre-Workout and the experience has been quite positive. The fact that it is certified by NSF for sports gives me a lot of confidence, especially since it guarantees that it does not contain prohibited substances and that it meets quality standards. In terms of performance, it offers what it promises: • High energy: you feel a remarkable impulse without being exaggerated or causing nervousness. • Greater muscular endurance: during the most intense workouts I have noticed that I can keep up the pace for longer. • Hydration: it is light and does not fall heavy, which is appreciated before training. The watermelon flavor is nice, sweet but not cloying. In addition, the size of 30 servings performs well if you use it consistently. Good taste, energy perked for about 1.5-2 hours. No crash and best of all, no weird after taste that sometimes comes up with a burp.

I am not really sure what to say because I wouldn’t suggest this to any and everyone. It truly depends on your goals. It does not taste bad but it also doesn’t taste particularly good. Has a little bit of a chalky after taste. However, it gets me powered up for my workouts. I feel like I am able to get to a higher failure level with this. I suggest drinking a good deal of water or you WILL get the tingly sensation. Personally I like to get just a little of it as an indicator that it officially kicked in. Don’t really smell like much of anything. I don’t find myself jittery at all. Great value for your money. It does dissolve better in room temperature and I think it’s a great quality preworkout.

This pre-workout provided me with a very non-jittery continuous energy. It didn’t have that traditional burst of energy that I’m used to with some of the other pre-workouts but I can say that there was a steady fulfillment of energy. In addition, I really appreciate it. I didn’t have itchy skin and it dissolved pretty easily in the water. I didn’t get an upset stomach and the taste was mild and pretty decent.

I’ve been using this C4 Sport for a bit now and honestly it works great for me. The watermelon flavor is surprisingly good, not too fake or overly sweet. I usually mix one scoop with cold water and drink it like 25 mins before I work out. Gives me a nice clean energy boost no jitters or crash after. I’ve noticed better focus and endurance too. Also love that it has creatine and beta alanine already in it, saves me from taking extras. And the fact that it’s NSF certified is a plus. Overall, it’s a great go to preworkout, especially for the price.
