Chrysmela Catch Yellow Gold Earring Lifter Backs for Diamond Studs, for Diamond Studs and Pearls

I bought a pair of 4 carat earrings. They came with screw backs which were uncomfortable, difficult to tighten and worst - didn’t hold the earrings flat to my ear. I was so disappointed to not be able to wear them. After much research I settled on these backs - wow they didn’t disappoint!!! They grab the post securely but also release very nicely when you pull the back loose. So glad I found these. I’m wearing them now with confidence that my investment is safe on my ears. Ty ;)

These are the nest best earring backs I have ever used. Very secure with their locking ability. Also help studs to enhance the ear. These are the only backs I use. This includes the high end backs from investment type earrings and precious earrings passed down that are not replaceable due to their sentimental value. I highly recommend them.

It may seem a bit crazy to spend this kind of money for earring backs, but I did and it was worth it! I have a pair of large pearl stud earrings that have a super thin gold post. I've had them for years and love them because the extra large size makes them look very contemporary compared to small pearl studs, yet still business-like or conservative enough for work or a dressy or formal affair. I lost the original backs several years ago and have never found a back secure enough to hold the small diameter posts securely, and have almost lost them multiple times. The Chrysmela PushUp Earring Back locks securely onto the super thin post. I don't know how it does it, but it does. To release the earring back, you simply slip your fingernail under the little ridge in the back and it unlocks the earring. Easy to figure out, just practice once or twice with the earring in your hand. The plastic disc back also pushes the earring up (as the name suggests) so the large pearl doesn't droop on the earlobe. The price may bother people and I get it. But if you divide it by the cost per wear, or more importantly, the cost of losing a valuable or highly sentimental earring, it is very much worth it. I am super happy with this purchase and recommend the product.

So far these work better than expected. The large earrings that I got drooped before and now they are supported and fit well. I just wish they was a solid gold option. These do really work as advertised

These are nice secured back for your expensive earrings that you don’t want to lose. I recommend these to all these are a must try! It’s only expensive if you can’t afford it…

I’ve used these in past for heavy earring and they work amazing well. I bought these for a pair of earring for daughters gift and they are sadly tarnished and mismatched. I gave 4 star/ because mine 2 years later are still doing great!

I like these for my stud earrings. They keep the earrings flat on my earlobe without sagging.

After losing one of my beautiful, expensive diamond diamond earrings, and then one of my 14k gold ones due to insecure “locking” backs, I was heartbroken. I thought I’d have to wear easily replaceable earrings the rest of my life. Then, years ago, I found these backers. They’re expensive, but they work. I’ve never lost another earring since using them. I bought the gold with the supportive plastic disc, which lifts and positions a heavy earring nicely on my fragile ear lobes. I’ve now collected 3 pairs of these backers to keep permanently on my best post earrings. I can sleep, shower, dress and live with my earrings, much more confidently. Yay !!! 👍❤️. Highly recommended, especially for your precious jewelry. I do have a wish, though. We women need a lobe-supporting and locking earring backer to wear with hook or curved- post earrings. Back to the drawing board I guess. Please lmk if you solve the problem! 😉

I was reluctant to order Chysmela Lift and Lock backings because of the price but am glad I did. These are the best earring backings I have ever tried. They remain secure and lift my larger pearl/diamond studs. Also, I have earrings with thinner posts which make finding secure backings tough. Chrysmela Lift and Lock backings secure these types of earrings and are definitely worth the cost.
