I am very satisfied with it. The charging speed is noticeably fast — my phone charges much quicker compared to my old adapter. It works smoothly with different devices at home, and I haven’t faced any compatibility issues. The design is simple, compact, and looks premium. This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices). It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product. But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.

Don’t buy this product. I was facing shock issue with c type. I did complaint it to company n they sent me new adapter. That also had the same issue. If you want , order charger with single port. Heat, shock , not durable ,

Either one of the ports will work. Both type C and USB not working simultaneously . If you are plugging type C then the USB will not work and vice versa.
