Seems to work for me. In my early 70s finding more problems with "fuzzy" brain and "senior" moments. Don't know how much of the improvement I am seeing is due to this supplement versus a placebo effect, but I definitely feel improvement in memory and brain fog.

Wow, finally something that works! I'm 60+ and have noticed a improvement in 3 area's. (1) no more "scatter brain". My ability to concentrate has improved. For instance, Completing task without distraction. (2) my self confidence has improved in public places because I remember to smile a little more often. And (Three) my memory has greatly improved. For instance, people's names! Shopping list left at home yet remembered when in the store. If something doesn't work out I move on without dwelling on it. A huge improvement on house hold chores. Not triple checking my pants pocket for the front door keys before leaving the house. I've also noticed an improvement in my ability to "compartment-mentalize things I used to worry about.
